Japan Update First Seminar Day

Hello everyone,

I have made it here safe and sound. Now writing this after a great first days training. Its almost 7pm and I am in another hotel room having just taken a shower. We are going out for dinner soon.

Yesterday evening I arrived at Osaka airport. It was very humid. We stayed at the airport hotel before leaving this morning for the first training venue. All of my flights had been fine, plenty of room, food and beer. Also watched a few good films too. I was quite late to the gate in Hong Kong though, after security checks took a while.

Today I had a seminar group of 28! Never had such a large group before. We trained for 6 hours, 3 each side of lunch (which I ate witn chop sticks!).

We focused on lines, turns, deceleration and acel points.

Here are some pictures, and the course plan.

Today has been a super first day.

Regards - Lee
